analogous and complementary

Analogous
and
Complementary
Photos

For my first set of photos I chose to take a photo using complementary orange and blue and also an analogous color scheme of red, orange, and yellow.

For the complementary shot I couldn't decide which I liked best so I decided to share two photos with you....

(This first photo I did crop a little bit on the left because you could see my finger)

For the analogous photo I took a picture of my dinner on the grill :)

(Ok so I had a lot of fun with these pictures this week and couldn't chose just one, sorry!)

  2. Beautiful shots! By going above and beyond the assignment, it tells me that you are very excited about what you're doing. This is all I can ask for.

The last photo with the analogous peppers and the complementary grass… Red rim on the bowl,… Beautiful shot. Well composed, good focus, and overall excellent shot.

  3. Loving the shots of the flowers! They're perfect for complimentary pairings. And lucky you, having a beautiful clear blue sky behind them. It would have been completely different with clouds in the air.

  4. Very nice pictures! I think the light blue sky and the flower are so beautifully balanced. I also love the peppers, really fun idea. I like both pictures of the cut up peppers and the ones in the bowl.

  5. Love the analogous shots! You did a really great job setting these up and capturing all the colors together. The colors in the complimentary flower shots are also amazing!
